Many of the items are delivered via UPS/FedEx and may not require a signature upon delivery. OutdoorDigs.com will provide you with a tracking number if available. Tracking of shipments by UPS/FedEx can be located through the respected websites, www.UPS.com or www.FedEx.com. If you are unable to track your order, please call us at 1-866-755-9711 or email us using the Contact Us page for further assistance with tracking.
For damaged and defective goods e-mail Outdoordigs.com using the Contact Us page or call us at 866-755-9711 within 5 days of receipt of order. Provide order number, item number and description. Do not return until you receive a Return Authorization from Outdoordigs.com.
If you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it please call or email OutdoorDigs.com customer service to receive a return authorization number. Any restocking fees, as well as outbound and return shipping charges will apply. All returned items must be packed in original boxes. Any items that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

- Some of the items for sale have a 2-4 week lead time and will be noted accordingly.
- Larger items shipped by common carrier freight may or may not have additional unforeseen freight charges that will be the responsibility of the customer and not OutdoorDigs.com.
- Some of the larger items that are delivered by common carrier freight (Truck) are to curbside only. The receiver is responsible for unloading the merchandise from the truck and should make arrangements to have someone capable to off load the item when the order is delivered.
