Landscape Design
Ability to provide case studies of existing or proposed landscapes.
Ability to design landscapes while maintaining a budget consciousness.
Ability to draft ideas/plans from a new garden space, front entrance or outdoor living space of a home.
Understanding of proper Horticulture and Construction methods.
Above average knowledge of Zone 6 plant selection.
Understanding of Annual & Seasonal Decorations and Arrangements
Qualifications and Skills
High level communicator and thinker, guiding both Clients and Team throughout the various phases of a project and avoiding potential pitfalls.
Minimum of 2-Years Experience in RESIDENTIAL market
Must be currently living and working in the Tri-State area.
Graduated with Bachelor's in Landscape Design or Architecture
Ability to articulate ideas and educate clients or team members.
Desire to create unique spaces in a high performance environment.
Motivated and Self-Sufficient.
Ability to meet and exceed deadlines & project scopes.
